After seeing all these name posts I thought this would be fun too. You don't have to reveal your name or birth year, but how common is your name?

My name was ranked 37 for the year I was born in.
5th - Sarah - 1980
Watch out. You will spend hours on this site. Trust me. Done it. I practically graphed the popularity of my name for the past 40 years, then did everyone else I know. : )
"Caitlan is not in the top 1000 names for any year of birth in the last 10 years." And my mom thought they were spelling it the normal way. Hah! Not that Caitlin was popular back then either... I think I was at least 12 or so before I met another one, regardless of spelling.
ETA: Obviously, I'm not 10 but that's all it gave me. ;-)
My name was 29th the year I was born, but then it went and became ridiculously popular around ten years ago.
Mine was 20th the year I was born, got a little more popular in the years after, and is definitely off-trend now!
I didn't realize it was quite so popular!
4th... but there's another 1 or 2 people with my name in every friend group/ every class I've ever had. Seriously.
My name was the 144th most common name the year I was born.
316th in my birth year - the most popular it ever got was 178th
If you look for the more common spelling it was 152nd and it broke the top 100 in 1986 at 93rd! FUN!

@ginnyc I did not expect to see another Virginia on here! I don't go by that, but, crazy! It was ranked #212 the year I was born. I haven't met that many with the same name, so I knew it wouldn't be popular.
Mine never made any of the charts!! I did the search for the last 100 years and nothing way to go Mom!

Mine was ranked 280 in the year I was born, and now it's 727. Oh shoot looks like I'll have an old lady name by the time I'm a grandma!

I've only ever met about 5 girls with the same name as me in my lifetime.
Mine isnt on there! its just a weird spelling and no one can ever say it right :(
12th the year I was born, stayed strong through the 90s then took a dive in the 00s. Not even top 100 now.
Mine was 155th in the year I was born. The name on my birth certificate, that is. My nickname that everyone uses is spelled in such a way that I doubt it's listed at all.
Alisha was 118 in 1987 ... surprised the crap out of me! It was 642 in 2008...
If I were Alicia it'd be #47...

This is why no one can spell it correctly. It is rare to find someone to spell it right the first time. Fi got it on the first try. No wonder I think he is so special.

Mine was 196th the year I was born, and was 926th in 2005 when they last updated. One time its nice to not be popular 
Mine was number 16 for the year in which I was born. For 2006, it was number 972. I assume it will eventually become like "Mildred," that no one under 80 will have it.

Mine was 3, and my FI was 2! UGH. I hate how popular my name was/growing up being one of so many in the group.
My name hasn't been in the top 1000 for the past 22 years (since I was born). Knew that! It peaked in the 400th range in 1949. Me, old ladies, and a few Asian-Americans around my age (whose parents strangely favor the name?), the only ones who've got it.
no 'jaci' anywhere in the top 1000 for the last 50 years. not like i was surprised, or anything. thank you mother. :)
