Just wondering about the logistics of this. since i am having a ceremony right on the beach, i don’t think i will have a stand where people can pick up programs etc. and i don’t think the BMs will be hanging around before they walk down the aisle, so they can’t really pass them out beforehand. what did you do to get programs and whatever else people needed at the ceremony to them?
i want to hand out programs, bubbles tubes, and mini fans. so far, i think i will have them placed on each chair during setup. the bubbles and fans can sit on top of the programs to keep them from blowing away in the wind!
anyone else have ideas about this?

You could ask two people to kind of step in and give a hand. Maybe a cousin or someone that would now feel included or a friend? The Destination Wedding i went to, they had the sister of the groom, who wasn’t in the wedding, hand out the bubbles & programs prior to the wedding starting. It was a huge formal affair so everyone was ready to go fairly quickly

@HisIrishPrincess: hmm, that is a good idea. my FI’s sister is not in the wedding party. we asked her to be a reader, but before the ceremony starts she will be sitting with the guests. thanks, i hadn’t thought of that! i guess i could bring a little basket and have her hand them out to everyone.
