Hello all, I was wondering how many new parent brides there are in the boards? My partner and I are not trying not ttc. As we have a 2 x familyhistory’s of conception trouble. (trying to get a head start) We are using charting and NFP where appropriate though.
Therefore there is a chance we may have one very young baby on our wedding day. I was wondering, to parents with their first baby, how did you be a parent on your wedding day?
Ceremony, photos, reception, honeymoon? How did you do it?

I don’t have any children, but I was a just over a year old when my parents were married. My parents bought the same dress as their Flower Girl for me, and I was supposed to walk down the aisle, but I was a little shit, so my paternal grandmother carried me.
My Mum took pictures with me before the ceremony, and then after with my Dad as well and immediate families.
Both sets of grandparents took turns watching over me during the day, and my paternal grandparents took me back to their place when it started to get late with a babysitter there.
Friends of mine had their first girl at their wedding when she was under a year, but I’m not sure what they did besides taking a few pictures with her.
