Congrats on your 30lbs lost already! And you’re right – you may not be able to lose a ton or tone up a ton, but you could lose a little more and tone up that much more! You still have 1 1/2 weeks, I say go for it! You may notice a little more definition in your arms, legs or tummy by then. Even if it may not be noticeable to others, I bet you will be happy with yourself you stuck with it, and therefore feel amaaaazing on your wedding day – which you deserve!

@mu_t:  You’re very welcome. I went through the same thing leading up to my wedding day, so believe me, I’ve been there! Now I love looking at the pictures and seeing my toned arms and knowing my hard work paid off. 🙂 Good luck!

I see it quite the oppositive, don’t stress over all of it.. stay on a healthy eating regimin and you will be fine.  So many brides do this up the wedding day and it should be a lifestyle change, so just keep trudging forward.  You will look beautiful whether you lose or gain five pounds over the next few weeks.

Congrats on losing 30lbs! That is awesome!

I ran a half marathon 4 days before the wedding, so I couldn’t slack off!

But maybe this will help motivate you: Six weeks ago, I gained 10 (TEN) pounds in two weeks. That’s an entire dress size! So keep on the straight and narrow… At least until you say “I Do!”

To be honest, right before the wedding I started going to the gym more to get some time to myself and some much needed stress relief. At that point I stopped worrying about how I looked and started enjoying the head space exercise gave me!

@mu_t:  I won’t be married for a while, and I know not much can happen in 2 weeks when it comes to body transformations, however when I am eating healthier and exercising I feel SO much better about myself! When it comes time that I am getting married, I know I will want to feel as confident and comfortable as possible, and I know that willl be my motivation to eat better and exercise up until the wedding!

@mu_t:  I’ll be heading to yoga too tonight after a 4 month hiatus! More than a little scared this is going to hurt…

@mu_t:  I MADE IT TO YOGA!!! I’m in 50 shades of pain right now but that’s beside the point. Just figured I’d send you some motivational vibes!
