(Closed) How difficult to change the stone in your ering?

Your rings are beautiful! I haven’t changed any stones, but I know a lot of bees have or plan to. I don’t think it should be too much of a problem, though maybe with a big size change it could be harder. I would talk to a couple of jewlers and see what they think and what it might cost. Good luck!

It depends on how the head’s set in your ring.  That’s a big size change, so you’d probably need a new head.  If it’s a peg head, then you’d just have to get a new head put in, which isn’t hard to do at all.  If it’s a crown head like a real Tiffany solitaire (wear the prongs are fused into the ring’s shank) then it’ll be a lot harder.  Only your jeweler would be able to tell you.
