How do Chair Rentals work?

Hi Bees,

I'm trying to figure out some quotes on chair rentals and I have no idea how this works! Do I look for someplace within my geographical area or does it matter pricewise how far they are shipped from? Where are they shipped to? Does someone drop them off at the site the morning of or what? I'm really confused.

You need to call a party rental business preferably in the area close to your wedding. Ask what kind of chairs they have as I'm not sure what you're loking for? Simple white folding chairs, Chavari Chairs? Ask about the price. They will deliver either the day before or the morning of. If it's the morning of, make sure you give them a time span...between 9am and 11am. Or whatever. They will charge for the chairs, tax and more than likely a delivery fee.

With the companies I deal with for my job, the rental company always comes the next day or Monday (if the next day is a Sunday) to pick up the chairs. They chairs need to be folded, if you rent the folding chairs. Otherwise, ask them how they want them (stacked, etc).
