Stack them one on top of the other and then you'll have to trim the paper by hand. I'm not familiar with Publisher so I'm afraid I'm not much help there, sorry!
I don't think you can get two 5x7's out of 8½x11 paper...you might have to go up to the legal size paper 11x14 and trim it.
I'm not sure which version of publisher you have but on mine when you create a new file -->choose blank publications --> then tent card
edit: i thought the attachment would show how it prints two on one page...but it doesn't so ignore it :)
Honestly, I've never used Publisher - but if it's anything like Photoshop or Illustrator, you can make your original document a 5x7 size, do your artwork, then save a copy as a .jpeg. Then, you can open the .jpeg in Windows Photo Gallery and when you choose to print preview, it will allow you to position 2 5x7s on one 8.5x11 page. If you don't have Photo Gallery, then open a .doc file in Microsoft Word and import a picture - the .jpeg file. Copy and Paste it under itself and bam! you have 2 5x7s on the same .doc page, print it out.
Hope this is useful!
I figured it out!!! Took some toggling and some double printing, but managed to get them done, now just need to cut them. Thanks for the ideas!

I'm trying to make a one sided info card to put my STD magnets on to send out in the mail... The size I want is 5x7. and I want to get 2 out of every 8 1/2 x 11... But I can't figure out how to split a page into 2 5x7's ...
I'm putting the STD at the top and then under that, a ribbon, and under that the words I need to have printed out onto the sizes above! I know there has to be an easy way to do this, I just can't seem to figure it out...
I'm trying to make them in Microsoft publisher... any helpful advice out there?
Thanks!!!
