Price depends on where you live first of all. Then it depends on if the flowers you want are in season or not.

If you only want/need a few flowers for the entire thing, then your bill will obviously be much lower than someone who wants flowers on everything. Your guestlist is moot.

Go to the local grocery and ask their floral dept manager for a price quote on the amount and type of flowers you want. The same goes for any other florist.

I’m doing a small flower order like yours (only personal flowers, we each have one attendant and then a couple extra bouts/corsages for parents and siblings) and my total came out to about 200.  I was really flexible with flower choices, I just said I wanted shades of pink and a loose fresh picked garden look.  I don’t know if March is more expensive than July, but I think your flexibility will help.  Urban/rural will also make a difference in the price- I’m in a really small town.  Plus I saved by picking up our stuff ourselves rather than having it delivered.

So yeah, I think you can do nice flowers on a budget.

off topic: have you considered having your daughter carry a pomander ball?  I saw a flower girl do that once when they couldn’t drop petals and it was really cute.
