What are they made of?

Maybe you could weave some fabric through the back and tie a bow?

I would vote for “nothing at all” – as long as they’re clean I don’t think they’re offensive at all. White goes with everything, so you’re lucky in that sense! The only think I would perhaps be worried about is how comfortable they would be if it’s a warm summer day… Could you perhaps get something to cover the seats just so that people don’t stick to the chairs during the dinner? Like a chair pad?

I hate to say this but do you have any plus plus size guests? I have seen my aunt break one of those chairs in person and it wasn’t pleasant to watch. The legs gave out.

don’t worry about the chairs.  they are the last thing people look at. as long as they are clean and comfortable.  spend money on something else instead.

@Seashells7:  it’s a barn wedding so i don’t think they look bad.  just make sure that they are clean and sturdy.  also, sometimes these plasic chairs crack or split.  make sure that they don’t have anything that will snag your guests’ dresses.

@mypinkshoes:  +1

@Seashells7:  Like you said, when you first went to the venue you didn’t notice the chairs because everything else looked nice so don’t even worry about it 😀 spend the money elsewhere!

I definitely don’t find them awful for a barn wedding!

But if you wanted to, you could tie a big sash over the top in your wedding colors!

Leave them. The only thing people will remember about the chairs at your wedding is if they are comfortable or uncomfortable. Nobody’s fondest memory of your wedding day will be the pom poms and ribbons and paper flowers and sashes and garbage on the back of their chair.

I totally wouldn’t worry about it.  Nobody will notice.
