If she isn't married you should put the names on seperate lines:
Mr. Joe Smith
Miss Jane Doe and Suzy Doe
This is what we are doing for this same situation:
Ms. Blah, Mr. Dooh, and Sarah
I would say Mrs. Smith and Mr. Jones
Susie, Bob, and Chris
I only invited one family and I put the kids' names downs. Also, I read that the boyfriend/girlfriend should get their name on the invite if they have been together at least 9 months. I followed that rule, as well as named those who live together, or it seems serious.

Mrs. Blah Blah and Guest and Family
Im not sure how to address the enveople. I have a few like this. Please help. Thanks!
