what about an elegant twist on a snow cone... cone, hahaha! Please excuse the redundancy, I have no idea what else to call them.
Maybe like a ivory card stock cone with a stamp that fits your wedding and something like "thank you for showering us with snow drifts of happiness" or whatever fits your personality and colors.

My fiance and I are getting married in December and we decided that instead of bubbles, or rice or sparklers, we'd have guests throw the eco-friendly snow(white confetti) at us. I just don't know what to do as far as "packaging" it...People put birdseed in tulle circles and bubbles are already packaged...I just can't think of a cute way to contain and display the snowflakes for our guests to throw. Any ideas?
