How do you dress your baby to sleep?

I dressed my babies in sleepers.  If it was really cold, I also swaddled them in a blanket.  If it’s hot just a light sleeper will do.  That’s what they are for.

Sleepers, sleep sacks, and swaddlers (blankets, or specifically-designed ones like the SwaddleMe) are all safe. My little guy was born in November, so he wore sleepers and was swaddled then. Now he just sleeps in a light sleeper. When it’s super hot, ocassionally just a onesie or light sleep sack.

I used sleepsacks a lot…blankets made me nervous. Also footed pj’s were great.

My 7 week old is in a onesie and swaddle sleep sack. Then he started getting really sweaty so we put him in just the swaddle sleep sack. As fall comes we’ll put him in rompers and the sleep sacks or onesie, romper and sleepsack as winter comes.

My little boy slept in sleepers, and was swaddled (fall baby).  Last summer when hot out either just a onsie or just diaper clad until he figured out one time to figure out how to get out of his diaper and whip it out of his crib, from then on it was onsies or jammies.

My nephew typically sleep in onesies currently because of the summer or little t-shirt/shorts pjs. in the winter they definitely did the feetie pjs 🙂

Depends on the weather, if it’s cool/cold in footie pjs, if it’s hot in Onsies.

Right now she wears a onesie under a muslin swaddling blanket, and socks. We use a modified swaddling technique (google “Double Swaddle” if you’re curious) that leaves her legs out. I keep her room around 70-72 degrees.

In the winter it will be a bit cooler in the house and we’ll no longer be swaddling so I’m guessing she’ll be in long sleeve/footed sleepers with a sleep sack.

we keep our baby in a sleeper ( the zipper ones, I hateeee button sleepers! ) and then we swaddle her in an aden and ansis swaddle blanket. They’re nice and light so she doesn’t get too hot, but we keep our room quite cool and find she gets cold easily.
