Right now I have a buffet package, but I’m spending a little more to upgrade my carved items.
But for the same upgraded amount, I could choose a duet plate of both chicken and beef (no vegetarians invited, so no worries about that). I went to a wedding recently that served duet plates, and I kinda liked that I didn’t have to choose (I love all kinds of food).
Or should I just go for the traditional meal choices? Chicken or beef or fish, etc. I’m only considering this because I can’t decide on how much time to keep the buffet open. Not sure if this will cost more than buffet.

Personally a buffet fan because I am kind of picky. That way I dont get food on my plate I wont eat and waste it.

I honestly wouldn’t mind getting a duet plate; I would prefer that over a buffet any day of the week.

I forgot to add that the reason I chose buffet is because they have 8 salads included with everything. They actually double as legit sides because they have an awesome gourmet loaded potato salad.
So the duet plates and meal choices obviously wouldn’t have this much variety.
: what do I choose…
Thanks for the feedback, ladies!

I’m not a vegetarian but I’m not very fond of meat, so a duet plate is the worst option for me. I’d much rather have a buffet where I could fill my plate with side dishes.

A duet plate can still have stuff i don’t like on it, and the portions are small. I say buffet!

I love buffets! I like being able to make a choice in the moment, or fill my plate with a side dish if it’s somthing I love more than the main dish. I’d rather wait in line and get what I want rather that eat something mediocre/bad sooner.
