I will never be ungreteful for the experience, but it’s not exactly the most comfortable 9 months. At times I love it and other times I just want to fast forward to December. The 2nd trimester is easier than the first but I’ve been told to brace myself for the third! – The things we do for the tiny little people we love right?

I’ve mostly enjoyed it, but there are moments where I’m really uncomfortable and wish it could just be over.

I’ve kept waiting for the moment where it all gets difficult, but at 37 weeks tomorrow I’m yet to hit it! I’ve had a range of the usual minor complaints, and I didn’t have major morning sickness in 1st tri nor major discomfort (yet!) in 3rd tri, so I consider myself very lucky. My body has seemed to like pregnancy – my metabolism is better than ever, my mood had been much more stable and positive, and I haven’t had reduced immunity our any skin breakouts. I’m going to miss pregnancy!!

It may have helped a little that it took us 15 months to get pregnant, so I was starting to deal with the fear that I might never get to experience pregnancy.

I’m not too far along and right now my attitude is I’ll endure if that means I have a healthy babies….that being said I wish I wasn’t so sick all the time.

I’m 23 weeks and I have to say this has been one of the best experiences of my life. I have no complaints or bad preg symptoms- I feel so fortunate. I had dinner with an old friend last night and he said I am the happiest pregnant lady he’s ever met! I just can’t wait to see what I’ve been cooking all these months!

Even when I’m feeling super-crummy, I can’t say I dislike or resent the pregnancy itself–maybe the hormones!

I have three children and I hate pregnancy.  I consider it a necessary evil (and completely worth it).

To be fair, I had morning sickness from beginning to end each time and this last time I had to deal with migraines most days and then diagnosed with cancer mid-way through and had to have surgery.  So I may be completely biased.

I also get nervous about the extra attention from strangers.  It makes me anxious.

I’m 36 weeks and I’m one of those annoying pregnany women you want to punch in the face because I am loving every second of being pregnant. I even love all of the stuff that people complain about. I love people touching my belly, constantly asking “when are you due”, going out of their way to open the door or lift heavy things for me…etc. I walk around with a smile all the time becauase I’m so greatful and excited. I even annoy myself!

Even when I have the occasional discomfort (which has been very rare, thank god), I still view it as a complete amazing miracle that my body is growing another human. I’ll be munching on tums or barely able to breath because baby has bedded down in my rib cage, and I’ll catch myself thinking “this is so amazing. I love this baby so much and I don’t even know it yet.”

    I’m crazy, but I can’t help it!

I’m only in my 5th week (shhh I’m not “out” yet) but so far… I kind of really don’t like it. 🙁 I just feel weird all the time. I don’t feel like me. I haven’t been too super sick (i.e. no throwing up yet) but for the last week or so I’ve felt very off with random bouts of unpredictable nausea or dizziness/light headedness and I jsut feel…. weird. I totally understand why people could think they just have the flu early in pregnancy. Right now I’m basically counting the minutes to the second tri when I’m told the sun beams down on you and unicorns sing haha.

OVerall I have had a relatively easy pregnancy so far at 30 weeks. MS sucked, but not as bad as some. I even have the luxury of working from home so even though I am exhausted all the time I can nap.

But even with that I dont like being pregnant. Its just not something I am enjoying overall. I dont like what it does to my body, my energy, my mentality etc.

At first, I really was having a hard time. I was constantly sick until 21 weeks. I still felt very blessed and excited to be pregnant, but it was very hard to stay positive.

Now I am not feeling sick at all anymore and I am loving every minute of it!

So far I’ve loved every minute of it.  I didn’t have MS, I got really really lucky.  Every time I feel a kick it’s a nice reminder that she’s in there.
