I wish I coudl tell you I look at my ring, or my wedding gown – but I actually look at college photos of myself or photos of my 2 super in shape MOHs! I also like to check out Oxygen Magazine, because they’re such strong, fit women!
What gets you motivated?

I don’t think motivation for being fit is about the wedding- at least, for me. It’s about life in general, and so looking at people who are strong and have great abs (like Jillian!) definitely motivate me!

What motivates me is remembering how good I feel after I’ve worked out. Sometimes after work it is so hard to convince myselft to get my butt to the gym, but then I remember how much better I feel after I’ve gone and I just make myself go.

Uhhh… what is this "work out" you speak of 😉
I have to work out first thing in the morning, or it never happens. I could never ever work out after work. Drag your ass to the gym before your brain wakes up and convinces you otherwise!

I have learned to always appreciate what I look like now…because in a few years I will look at pictures of myself and think, wow…I looked so much better then. The caveat to that is my current state of uber-pregnancy…I do hope to look back at this time in pictures and NOT think I am skinnier now than I (hopefully) will be then 🙂

Right now its seeing the scale tick down. On the days I REALLY don’t want to work out I put on my sports bra and workout clothes and then I feel like I HAVE to work out lol – is that weird?

I actually love to workout and it feels so good and I love to get a good sweat on so luckily I don’t need motivation.
PENGUIN- I am with you on working out in the morning, I am at the gym faithfully at 5am, I am so used to it I have been doing for about 15 years now! 4:30am wakeup call, my friends think I am crazy!

I look at my man’s six-pack abs when he’s getting dressed for work in the morning. And when I get out of bed I put on my workout clothes so I have to get on the treadmill before I can shower and get dressed to leave the house. 🙂
I’ve worked out every day since last Sunday, tomorrow will be my "day off", then back on the treadmill again on Sunday.
