I can't use whitening strips due to sensitive gums, but I do use whitening toothpaste, and I (try to!) floss regularly. I also drink lots of water, especially if I'm drinking or eating something that might stain my teeth!
i am going to bump this back up for the morning, because i'd really love some input on what you ladies are doing to keep your teeth nice and white... for your wedding day & just in general... do you find that whitening toothpastes really work? i can never seem to tell....
I tried the aquafresh whitening trays last week and after a lot of pain I've decided that I'll just be sticking with my Pro-Namel Gentle white toothpaste before the wedding :(
My teeth used to be white but a very dull white and my fiances teeth where horribly stained(he LOVES to drink sweet tea), then we started to try this Melalueca tooth paste and in three days both of our teeth were pearly white like tv peoples! lol
So we just brush regularly with that tooth paste and it makes your mouth feel a lot better than anyother tooth paste i've used before!
I have custom trays from the dentist and use the whitening gel with them. However, I haven't started whitening for the wedding yet, but I've been using a whitening toothpaste and I notice my teeth are really white.
@ bobbypins where did you get this toothpaste? Ive used Rembrant intense stained and liked it but its a small tube and is expensive so I get angry when FI wastes it. Can you tell I'm the youngest that has a problem sharing lol?
I use crest whitening toothpaste but am not sure I notice too much of a difference. I have used the strips before but they definitely cause sensitivity. I'm planning on using them the couple weeks before the wedding though just to give an extra boost :)
@bobbypinpearls what is Melalueca toothpaste? a brand or type? can you get it at a regular store like CVS or Walgreens or do you have to get it at a specialty store?

i've done whitening strips in the past and didn't really find that they worked for me, but open to try new ideas... what has worked for you?
