I am having one of those months where every time I look in the mirror, I cry. My boobs are huge and it’s really bothering me. I’m doing P90x with my husband, logging all my calories and even joined a walking program. Is there something in particular that you have done to lose weight in your boobs?

i’m gonna be the person who brings bad news- i never lost weight in my boobs. i dropped 70 pounds in high school, and nothing happened. gained it back, lost 40 of it again. nothing happened.
i ended up having 2 breast reduction surgeries. i was a 38H before surgery, and i now wear a 38D or 40D, depending on the bra. that was the only way they got any smaller.

Can I have some? 🙁
I have never heard of anything that targets your tatas :/ Just like you can’t gain weight in one specific area, I don’t think you can loose it either.
Just keep up with your workouts and you will notice a loss in weight everywhere including your top.

Last year I lost 30 pounds and it was all of my hips/butt. My bra size stayed exactly the same.

Commenting to follow. I only ever seem to gain weight in them, and when I drop weight, they remain untouched!

Overall weightloss and you might go down in band size or cup size… but actually making a significant change with “targeted exercise”
NO… isn’t gonna happen
(( sorry ))

It depends on how much weight you have to lose overall I guess… I am 5’6 and have been a 38DD at 170 pounds, and a 34C at 135. It’s pretty much genetic although overall if you are overweight and GAIN weight in your boobs, you can probably lose it by losing weight.
My aunt got a boob reduction and she loves it! Went from a 42F to a 38C!

You can’t just lose weight in certain areas you choose. You need to drop overall body fat in order to see a difference, which may or may not even happen depending on how your body responds to leaning out.
signed person with an A cup who would gladly take some from you.

My boobs stayed the same size (small) no matter if I was near 250lb or where I am now about 150lb. I have been wearing the same bra size since I was 16…when I was bigger I carried all my weight in my tummy and thighs so my rib area really did not even change in size…

I am a fitness fanatic and I can tell you there is no way to zone into particular areas for weight loss. You can do weight training to tone different areas but that’s it.
People lose weight in different ways. My butt and boobs are awaya the first to go but someone else may lose their tummy and thighs first.
If your problem is more than just large boobs like you have sagging issues you can do arm and chest excersizes to help with lifting 🙂

@Pupperoni: I have big boobs myself, and while my boobs were always the last part of my body to lose weight, I found that doing push-ups strengthens your chest and makes your boobs look more perky and fit.

You can’t spot reduce for any bodypart. If it isn’t coming off as you lose weight, then the only way to “lose” is surgical.

You can’t. That’s why I got a boob reduction.
I mean sure you might lose a tiny bit if you lose a lot of weight overall, but I had the same concerns as you until I resorted to surgery. For me it was worth it.

I hate to tell you this but you cannot spot reduce. Weight loss is cruel and takes from wherever it wants, usually the place we want to go MOST, last. Best thing you can do is keep going and hope they go down a bit once your body has taken all it can from where it wants lol.

I’ve had a couple cycles of gaining and losing 5-20 lbs over he last couple years, and it seems that I gain more in my boobs when I’m gaining than I lose when I am losing.
