    FI and I both sprawl on our stomachs which is why we sleep in separate twin beds. Someday we’re going to get a king, we stay in a queen at my parents and there isn’t quite enough elbow room for us both to be comfy.

    I sleep on my side and he sleeps on his back, and will put his arm around me if we are cuddling. We usually start out this way but it is actually more comfortable for me to sleep on the side facing away from him so that’s how I usually end up when I wake up in the mornings.

    DH and I both sleep on our sides and very rarely on our backs.

    People who sleep on their stomachs make me cringe–that’s SO bad for your neck and back.

    @MrsPanda99:

    Ha, ha. He does. Apparently I start off with cute little sleeping noises and he just chuckles and ignores it. Then I start to get a rhythm on and he pushes me over before I start shaking the foundations and the house collapses on us!

    @MrsPanda99:  Well, I used to sleep on my stomach/side (I sleep weird, like I’m bicycling in my sleep), but I have to sleep on my side now. DH sleeps on his side too, and it works out pretty well. We don’t have a conflict with the way we sleep.

    I sleep flat on my back.  Even pregnant I woke up laying on my back, even though I used pillows to prop myself onto my side.

    DH sleeps mostly on his side, sometimes on his back.

    The only thing that affects my sleep (aside from the baby) is when he steals the blankets, or when a great dane hops into bed.

    All over the place. I start out on my side, almost always end up on my stomach at some point, wake up when my back hurts due to sleeping on my stomach and flip onto my back, wake up when DH nudges me because I am sleeping on my back and snoring, then flip back to my side.

    That usually happens every dang night.

    I curl up in a little ball like a puppy.  DH loves it because it he sleeps like a starfish and he feels like he’s got the whole bed.  He likes being the big spoon, too, but he’s hot like lava and I run hot too, so we can only cuddle for a short time before it gets unbearably hot.
