(Closed) How do you stay motivated to lose weight?

I keep reminding myself of the double-chin I don’t want in my wedding photos. :/

*now, this may not be the most emotionally healthy motivation but it’s what works for me*

I’ll buy myself something really nice and I’ll buy it a size too small OR I’ll find something in my closet that I love wearing but doesn’t fit anymore. I’ll keep it hanging on the back of my door so I see it every day and it motivates me to push myself a little bit harder to lose weight.

I also change my ipod/cell phone background to an apple or something to remind myself to eat healthier.

@Tswife4ever: I wish I could work out that much! I’d die, as I have several herniated discs and (now as of last week) a strained ACL. I’m lucky if I can ride my stationary bike for 45 minutes a day, so I’m making sure to not miss any days.
