So people can come to one (ceremony or reception) and not the other?

"Can't beliebe they can't make it!" should be in the first person, like "Can't believe we can't make it"

Are you asking a question in the top line? If so, I'd add a question mark. "Ready to celebrate? Let us know by"

Do you need to ask about food preferences?

Have you printed out a sample to make sure there is enough room on the line to write the names? It is a pet peeve of mine when the lines aren't long enough.

Looks great!  Just some minor grammatical errors.  I'd probably change to:

Ready to celebrate? Let us know by: (add the question mark instead of comma)

and change "Can't believe they can't make it!" to "Can't believe we can't make it!"

I am confused about the dancing shoes thing?  Is that a cute way of saying that they won't be able to come to the reception or that they have to choose if they will be dancing or not?

Instead of "Can't believe they can't make it!" how about "Sorry we can't make it!" So you don't repeat "can't" twice and you have the phrase in the 1st person. Or if you want to keep it in line with the "Can't wait" from above, how about just "Can't make it".

I like Albee's idea of just saying "Can't make it."

Also, you have an extra space between Reception and the options, but not under Ceremony.

I don't think you need to add the extra "wont be able to make it" under the "stuck in the closet" part. It's kind of redundant.

    Other than that, I like!
