Do you think that, generally, my 50 or so guests will enjoy this menu? This is plated.
—-Seared Scallop on Crisp Romaine Lettuce, Parmesan “Caesar” Glaze
North Shore Yellow Corn Bisque with Soft Shell Crab
Filet Mignon of Beef and Maine Lobster Tail, Sautéed Fresh Garden Vegetables,Black Pepper Glaze and Garlic Herb Butter (also, going to ask chef to add some sort of potato product as my mom will not be happy if she doesn’t have potatoes!)
Symphony of Desserts Haupia Cream in a Chocolate Coconut Shell, Mango Sorbet, and Caramelized Pineapple Custard Tart
&& then wedding cake a little later in the night. 1 tier of standard vanilla & buttercream and 1 tier or something fancy which my fiance will pick out.
&& also, heavy passed appetizers earlier in the night (though I haven’t quite picked them out yet..)
This is a destination wedding in Hawaii for about 10 guests as well as my fiance and I – though we both lived in Hawaii up until a few years ago.The rest of the guests will be local to Hawaii.

1. Vegetarian option? 2. Are they only getting one scallop? 3. Do you think you need to say “filet mignon of beef”? Is the glaze on the beef, the lobster, the vegetables, or all three?
It sounds delicious, but I’m just wondering!

Agree with PP – check for dietary restrictions, but it sounds good!
