How does this sound for the reception?

I think you’re incredibly organized, haha. I don’t think you’ll realistically ever be able to stick to this schedule very closely. Honestly, I just say relax and plan for a much more general schedule rather than something so rigid and specific.

The only thing is only having 1 hour for wedding party pics and pics of the bride and groom and pics together with your families. If you don’t want too many pics then an hour might be good, but I’m scheduling like 2+ hours for wedding party and another hour for family pics.

@MrsGorsuch2013:  My question would be how many bridesmaids do you have and are they doing their own Hair/MU or is someone doing it for them? If it’s getting done for them one hour 15 doesn’t seem like enough time, unless you have quite a few hair/MUA there.  I personally would need well over an hour and fifteen for my hair, MU and getting into my dress but you may be different and having simple hair etc on the day?

@MrsGorsuch2013:  I think you need to schedule in a snack somewhere for the bridal party and yourself/groom. Otherwise you will forget to eat and by 8pm you will definately be feeling that. I have been a BM in a lot of weddings and it is one of the most common thigs forgotten by the bride and groom.

A few things-

How many BMs do you have? I would give the hairdresser more than 1 hour if you have more than one BM and yourself getting hair done. 

I don’t know who sissy and aidan are (your children?) but I would reccomend asking a family member or friend getting them dressed so you don’t have to worry about it. 

Who all is included in the pics with everyone? I would allow 10 – 15 minutes for each large family photo. You’ll need to round up everyone, arrange them and take several shots. If you’re planning on doing those and bridal party photos I think you’ll need more time. Maybe you should have bridal party photos before the wedding instead.
