Mostly happy… definitely have those bad days, but there’s less of them than good ones for sure.

I have never liked my body but my FH loves me so I’m learning to love myself.

I’ve come to accept that this is the body I have. It’s not perfect, but it never will be. I will never be a tiny size (I have “birthing hips” and you can’t shrink bones. So as I’ve gotten older, I’ve just come to accpet that this is who I am and love that. I try to be as healthy as I can (eat well, keep ective, etc).

So generally, I’m pretty happy with who I am (granted I’m 38 and it’s taken me a while to get here) 🙂

There are a few things I want to change (that I could easily change by working out more often) but I’m pretty happy with how I look most days.

I’m pretty happy, 8/10 or so. I am fairly genetically lucky and also work hard to eat right and exercise…

@lealorali:  I’m really happy with my face. I know I am pretty, and I never doubt that. However, I am greatly unhappy with my body and working hard at making a change. I always get compared to a certain celebrity, but I’d rather have her body than face 😛

I’ve gotten better at accepting my appearance recently. It’s refreshing and nice to wake up and not want to tear your face off. 🙂

If I actually put some effort into my appearance then I’m happy with how I look. On the days that I don’t wear makeup and throw my hair up in a messy bun, not so much.

@lealorali:  well right now, with the wedding and parties quickly approaching, i am working really hard on my body and feel pretty good about it. i think i would like to tone up my thighs and upper arms a bit more, but overall I’d say I feel about an 8.5 out of 10.

I used to be very happy with my appearance.  I’m a runner, and was very toned & fit.  Not skinny, not even really all that small, but really healthy & in great shape.

I’m 9 weeks post partum, and I have quite a lot of work to do!  I’m happy with the fact that I’ve lost a bit of baby weight, and I’m working out again when I have time and energy.  I’m beyond amazed with what my body is capable of doing.  Some of what is bothering me about my body is just going to take some time- like the stretched skin and the stretch marks.  They will fade some, the skin with eventually tighten back up some.  I’ll never look the same, and that’s ok.  I just want to be healthy and at a healthy weight.  I want to tone back up.  I want to get my endurance back.  Mostly, I want that confidence back!  I know that my body helped to build and birth a human being, and that is so incredible.  I can get to where I need to be if I put in the effort and am kind enough to myself to allow a little time to fully heal and recover.

For the most part, I’m pretty happy.  As a kid, I was always taller than most of my friends and I ended up slouching a lot.  Now I’m trying to correct my posture issues and re-train my muscles to hold my spine aligned.  It’s not a bad curve, and probably not even noticable to most, but I’m pretty self conscious about it because I’m aware of it.

I have those days where everything seems to small for me and I hate how my body looks. Most days I’m happy. I also like to build up the people around me so I always try to comment if someone is looking really good. Like ‘ooh cute shirt’ or ‘you’re looking great today’ I find it brings a smile to people and I like that.

I’m pretty happy with how I look.  Do I think my body is perfect?  No.  But I try not to stress over the imperfections and I just accept them as a part of who I am.  I’m typically pretty happy when I look in the mirror.
