Not hard at all. I can't really tell what kind of flowers they are, but it would be very simple!
I'm not sure what's in there, but I was thinking yellow orchids and lemon rinds.
if you buy freeze dried flowers they will reconstitute alittle in water, and be way cheap!
MaryElizabeth- you may be able to get away with silk flowers since they'll be submerged- that might save you having to put them together with fresh flowers at the last minute.
FutureFisher posted photos of her DIY centerpieces (very similar!) trial not too long ago. She may be able to give you some tips.
