@2ndChanceNancy – that’s great! Sneaking in workouts whenever you can is a great alternative plan if you can’t find the time in a day to do a longer workout. I just got back from a 1.7 mile walk at lunch and plan to go for a short run when I get out of work today. Keep up the good work!

Lucky you… I wish I had an area I could work out during my work-day!! …hmm guess there is always the bathroom 😉

Good for you!!!  That’s awesome that you’re not giving yourself any excuses, and taking any chance you get to work out!
