I do 1 set of each exersize at my breaks and lunch in the ladies locker room! I’ve been taking my breaks 20 minutes after all the other ladies and have been doing my routine at work! I’m sore and I love that I don’t forget! Keeps me awake and going!
I’ve only been doing lower body, so next week I;m going to add in upper body.
yay for sneaking in working out!

@2ndChanceNancy – that’s great! Sneaking in workouts whenever you can is a great alternative plan if you can’t find the time in a day to do a longer workout. I just got back from a 1.7 mile walk at lunch and plan to go for a short run when I get out of work today. Keep up the good work!

Lucky you… I wish I had an area I could work out during my work-day!! …hmm guess there is always the bathroom 😉
