Mine have been pretty consistently 27 days long since getting off of the pill in June. I had one month where it was 26 days with a massage the day before making it arrive early. Then, I had stress one month in hopes of getting a BFP, it ended up being 28 days. Otherwise, it's pretty much 27 days long.

Mine are all over the place! Some months it's 26 days others it's 43. I've kept track for the last year and it averages to 36 days. Lately they've been in the 41-43 range.  It's my first TTC cycle and I've been taking OPKs and got a positive on CD23 which means my period is expected to come CD36 or 37ish. So we'll see! I hope I get a BFP! So excited!

My 15 cycles since going off BCP have been between 27 and 40 days.  (None between 34 and 39 though which is weird.)  They are usually right around 31.  It's so frustrating to not be consistent!  I "think" it's becoming more regular, but hard to say and should it really take over a year?

29 days on the dot. It took a few months for me to regulate after going off BCP, but now it's like clockwork.

mine are 29 days usually. i had one that was 30 days. i have been charting since july and went off bc that month. i seemed to ovulate right away but i know most do not and i endured a lot of other adjustment symptoms like heavier periods, mood swings and weight gain.

My first cycle after coming off BC was 35 days but since then they've been in the range of 28 -32 days although the last two have been around 31-32 days.

I don't actually ovulate till around CD 18-21 and I have a 10-11 day luteal phase.

ETA I came off the Pill in mid-Feb 2011

@Mrs Green Grass:  Mine were really weird after going off BC and it took a long time to get consistent.

I am on cycle 4 since going off BC. So far it's been 35, 46, and 46 days... *sigh*

Mine have been a little wacky since getting off the pill.  My shortest cycle was 29 days, and my longest was 35 days.  Luckily, I've realized since I've been temping that my LP has consistently been 13 days.

Mine have been wacky my whole life, except (obv) on BCP.

generally 35-65 days, but I have had my 70+ day cycles. i think my shortest one was 31 days? I've been keeping track since 2004.

I am super consistent with my 27 day cycle. The only time its really been off  since I was twelve was the one time I had to use emergency contraception.

@PasteMoo:Almost exactly the same with me. They were only ever "normal" when I was on BC. When we finally conceived last Summer, they had started to reglate to about 42 days each cycle, but in the first 2 years off BC I had some that were 100 days, 70 days, etc.

I'm currently CD 23 and no Ovulation yet, so gearing up for another long one...

@eryepye:@jaguar: Long cycles blow! Everyone used to say "at least you have less periods!" but I used to alway worry that something was WRONG with me. And then TTC (and the first month of NTNT) I though I was pregnant a bajillon times and wasted $$ and hopes testing.

27 days on the spot for me. I loved having regular cycles. I hope it goes back to normal post baby.

wow, ok. Glad to know I am not alone. charting seems like such a pain in the butt, but I am considering it.

@PasteMoo:I know, I heard that all the time, that it was such a good thing to only have a few periods a year. BUT, never knowing when it's going to hit (ie the day before my wedding which was fun) and then when TTC, it was actually quite a pain. I'd rather just have regular ones!

Mine were 28-30 days when I was younger, before BCP. I'm on my 4th cycle since being off birth control and my cycles have generally been 23 days (one was 24).

As long as my LP is long enough (not sure yet, started charting this month and it wasn't clear), I'd be happy with this cycle length for TTC; however, it sucks otherwise! I have my period for 7 days, so that only leaves ~16 days without my period each cycle.

I'm on my 3rd cycle off BCP (CD 7) and my first two were 39 and 41 days. hopefully they shorten up just a tad, but I'm not ovulating yet (been off BC since Aug), so hopefully once I start, they'll be a bit shorter.

    Here's hoping for this cycle!
