We started trying 4 months before the wedding (I was 38, DH was 37). Got pregnant on our 4th cycle, but had a miscarriage. Got pregnant the 4th cycle after that and I’m now 13 weeks pregnant 🙂

@foreverlovex:  18 months post-wedding and counting!

I’m hoping we’ll start trying some time in the next 6 months though.

We started NTNP a year and a half after we got married and got pregnant right away.  Our “plan” was to really try around our two year anniversary but it happened a little sooner than that

@foreverlovex:  We got married last summer and I wanted to wait a bit longer, but Hubby wanted to get me pregnant since our third month of dating lol! I was able to talk him into waiting until end of summer though. I have been on birth control for 12 years and I stopped in may, but we prevented with other methods until I gave him the “go!” lol

Anyway, it took us 3 circles and Im pretty sure in the first one we actually missed my ovulation. So it took us 2-3 months to get pregnant. I had crazy baby fever before that but when I actually got pregnant i was crying a lot lol caus I didnt feel ready. But a few weeks and two ultrasounds later (once I saw it moving!) the fear mostly went away. My hubby wasnt scared at all, he really just cant wait to be a daddy.

Sometimes the fear (just a few thoughts, no really panic-moments) comes over me again, but as soon as I look at my ultrasound videos, it goes away because it’s just soo cute to watch your baby move. Here is my video from yesterday’s amniocentesis/ultrasound, if you want to see what exactly takes my fear away 😉
