@The_Future_KB:  We had our TTC timeline in place way before the wedding.  We knew that we would start trying right after our wedding.

We started TTC right away. Stopped taking BC about 2 weeks before the wedding. I actually O’d on our wedding day, but didn’t get pregnant.

We’re getting married June 2014 and planning to start TTC in August/September 2015, so a little over a year.

We started NTNP 4 months after the wedding, and then got anxious and started TTC (I looked up my predicted ovulation dates) 5 months post wedding.  We were lucky and got pregnant that first month TTC.   Originally we were thinking of waiting a year, but we’re 28 & 29 and want 2-3 kids before 35 (with 2-3 years between each), so we moved up that date just a weeeeee bit. 😉

    Good luck to you!

We married in late March, started trying in early June – so barely two months after the wedding. This is our 3rd cycle TTC.

@The_Future_KB:  Oh sorry!  NTNP = not trying, not preventing.  Basically, just saying if it happens, it happens with no other planning.  TTC to me is actively trying to get pregnant, with different “levels” such as tracking ovulation, body temps, menstral cycles, etc.  to have sex on the days that you’re most likely to conceive/fertile. 🙂
