im 12 weeks and up till now they were hurting a lot. i mean they used to just ache all the time and sometimes i had shooting pains in my nipples, and if i touched them – ouch! Now…theyre pretty much ok. if i press them or try to lie on my stomach theyll hurt…but im no longer aware theyre there all the time

i wont vote as this is a very recent development so need to wait and see if it comes back. i hope not!

My constant aching went away around 15-16 weeks, though now at 21 weeks they have started to get pains in them, but that is from my milk ducts starting to go into production and develop.

@awakemysoul:  I’m 32 weeks, my boobs have gone up 3 cup sizes and at the moment don’t hurt one bit.

I never had sore boobs and they haven’t gotten any bigger (just fine by me!). I am weird.

@awakemysoul:  Yeowza G cup?! I went from an A to a C/D so I guess I was lucky I started small – you never know though with breasts already that big they might just get more engorged but not change size much

Mine never really hurt at all. I think they may have been a tad sore in the beginning for day couple days, but that’s it.

Mine are okay now but they were super sore from about 10-14 weeks. I am hoping that pain doesnt come back although I would rather deal with that than the sciatica pain I have been experiencing!

Mine hurt quite a bit until about 14 weeks.  Now they don’t hurt at all!  I’m sure they will hurt again in the 3rd tri and when milk comes in, but for now I’m enjoying the break!  I went up a cup size in the first tri, curious to see if they will continue to grow or not.
