mine lasted an hour. that was for hors d'oeuvres and 2 courses plus a quick peek of the space - we'd booked about 4 months in advance and had forgotten what it looked like. ask them when you book the tasting. they'll be able to tell you how long it typically lasts.
Ours lasted probably 2-2.5 hours or so. It didn't feel like it, though. We went over everything, like how I wanted the tables setup, napkins folded, where the hors d' ouerves table would be, yada yada yada yada. It really wasn't that bad, but I would rather get all the questions out right away rather than going back and forth after the fact.
Mine was like 2 1/2 hours. That included trying 7 hors d'oeuvres, 3 course meal, dessert and discussing the contract, etc.
It lasted about 1.5 hours. It might have been shorter if my mom didn't come. She asks a lot of questions :)
Ours was about an hour and a half. We tasted everything but the cheese and veggie plates.
Ours was about 2 hours. We tried the salad we decided on previously, and then two kinds each of fish and pork. Amazing and soooo full by the end!
