My typical was between 8-10 days. I didn’t get pregnant until I started taking oral progesterone after ovulation.

So far every cycle I’ve monitored that I didn’t get a [short term] BFP for was 12 days.

hollyberry4:  my first full cycle charting gave me a 14 day LP. I never got a positive OPK to confirm O but did a blood test at 8 DPO and it confirmed it.

Mine usually runs 11-13 days, but I voted 12 days.  I think stress affects mine.

For all the cycles that I ovulated my luteal phase was 13 days.  LP length does not vary much, and for most women the length is consitant.

11-12. I think FF has my average at 11.5.

I am pretty sure it’s affected by progesterone, so I believe there are drugs and progesterone supplements that can lengthen it…I’m sure others know more and can comment.

hollyberry4: I almost always O on CD17 or 18, but AF is a little more random. Between CD30 and CD35 usually. I chose 15 days as an average on the poll. Second cycle trying. No BFP, so not sure if it’s a bad thing or not yet.

Mine fluctuates. Its been anywhere from 9-13. Mostly sticking between 11-12.

Vitamins help lengthen mine. When i dont take vitamins mine can be 9 days, when i DO take my vitamins it stays around 11-12.  I take a prenatal and B6 complex.

Consistently 14 days with 3-4 days of spotting before AF finally arrives.
