So I ordered personalized lip balms for my BM’s for a “day of essential” bag for them. The seller on Etsy has this big write up on her page about not contacted her regarding the shipping date, as it will be shipped be the date given on the invoice. She said she wastes hours in a day responding to these messages when the information is on the invoice. Well, she is correct, the shipping date is on the invoice, but it was 7 days ago! So she is currently 7 days late sending my order. Do you think it would be ok to contact her and ask her when I can expect them?
