i think ours was a little over two minutes (i'm not a big fan of being the center of attention). it felt long enough to me though. i would say that if you're around the three minute mark, that's totally fine and the guests won't get restless.

We're dancing to a waltz that's over 4 minutes long in its original version. I think this is way too long - both FI and I and our guests will get restless. I found another version that's two minutes, but I'm not sure if that's too short?
So, how long is your first dance song going to last? What do you think is a good range?
