Call after 36-48 hours probably, unless I was trying to schedule something sooner.

I usually email my clients back almost right away! I check my emails all the time and almost never go over an hour without answering an email.

I would follow up with a phone call if I don’t hear back within 2 business days.

Well I always assume that if the vendor is popular and since this peak wedding season. 36-48 hours is reasonable window to wait. It’s not like its an emergency. Honestly, if a vendor is too responsive, I kinda think in my head, am I their only client LOL.

I actually nixed some vendors for that very reason. If I’m trying to pay you and you’re not responding, what are you going to do AFTER I pay you?!

I’m currently having a issue with one of my vendors. I already signed the contract unfortunately but now we are considering to cancel as I am waiting for his reply over a week!!! We already called him couple times as he did not reply our emails before, so this is not the first time he didn’t reply us. I’m at the point THIS IS IT!!!
