i used to have it open all day at work. check on my phone all the time and before going to bed and when i wake up. haha
then i found everyone on there is really annoying and i don't want to hear what drama they have to say or where the hell they are at so i deleted it! you could say i was on fb the whole time i'm awake lol. so that's minus 7 hours of sleep.

I would say about five to ten minutes a day. I just check it for messages or posts and then come to Weddingbee, lol.
