I'd suggest about 125-150 or so, that way people can use more than one if they need to do so.
I was very excited to read the responses to your question, but...um...well?!? Oh well, I will just let you know what I have ordered. I have already ordered my cocktail napkins and I purchased twice the number of guests and I hope I have enough. What were you thinking? *^_^*
I'll try to answer...I think you will need 1 napkin per guest for the cake and maybe 2 for the bar...I would order around 300...
I was thinking about 250 or 300 if they're going to be used for drinks & dessert. I could probably use 5 alone!
I was hoping for more responses too!
We ordered about 2.5 x #guests for the bar, coffee and cake.

I'm getting custom napkins made for our wedding to be put out at our dessert stations & at our bar. We'll have somewhere around 85 - 100 guests, so how many napkins do I have made? Any advice on how to figure that out?
