We are going to have plastic cups for the Lemonade bar, and nice small paper plates for the Dessert bar (cookies etc).
There will be 125 people.
How many cups should we have?
How many plates for dessert?
How many paper napkins?
I was thinking about 200 of each, but maybe we need more? I know people often set down their cup etc

i would have 400 napkins. just cause u never know if there will be spills. 200-250 cups sounds reasonable. plates.. um what kind of food style are u serving… if u are doing a salad and then a main course i would do 125 for dinner and 125 for the salads. plus all the other fixings… i know some people are really particular bout food not touching so i would have extra plates…(300 total) plus rolls of paper towels just in case

200 plates sound good.. didnt realize it was just a dessert bar.. oops

I have absolutely no experience to back this up but I’d guess 200 would be about right for napkins and plates but I would add more cups because I think people often throw away their glass when they finish a drink but then end up going back and getting another drink.
