erw4338:  That happened the first time I got married. I had planned to only have about 150 and by the time my mom was done with the guest list there were almost 500. Of course she can expect some who RSVPed to not show.

We sent 90 invitations, but most of them were for +1 or families. We are less than a month away from the RSVP cut-off date and have fewer than 50 guests. Granted, this is a destination wedding for the majority of our guests. And we have only had 11 regrets so far. So I’m having a hard time predicting what our final number will be.

Our ceremony venue does not have a limit, but our reception venue limit is 75. We wanted a more intimate wedding so we invited 51, but we were shooting for 40-45. RSVP’s are due next week and we’ve had six declines and 33 accepts. We’d had some verbal accepts, but I’m not counting them till I have the card in hand!

Our venue has a comfortable limit of 150, but it can fit up to 180. We were aiming for 150, invited 208, will celebrate with 128 in 21 days!

I haven’t sent out invitations yet, but I’m looking at having around 150. Our reception venue seats 200, but I’d prefer to not be at capacity so that it doesn’t feel too crowded.

Approx 225.  We invited close to 325 but since it’s a relatively off-the-grid location/involves flights for a solid half of the people we invited, we planned for 175 low side 250 high side!

We will be sending 100 invites and we think 80-90 people will come.

We can fit more, but I don’t want more.

We invited 202 and 176 have accepted.  We only had to chase down 4 non-responders, who are coming.  Why the didn’t reply is beyond me.

Final numbers are in to the venue/caterer and the big day is in two weeks! YAHOOO!!

We’re having less people than we expected, but I think I’m (finally) okay with it. We sent out 84 invitations, inviting 168 people, and included in that we’re about 20 plus ones, bringing our actual invited guests total down to 154, IIRC. We’re going to have 101 guests all together. we we’re planning on 130, so it’s a bit of a bummer, but there was a huge family blow-up over some inheritance so half of my dad’s family isn’t talking to the other half and here we are 🙂

We invited 150, and are celebrating with 101 in 6 days!!! It’s out of town for most people, but within driving distance. 🙂

Anywhere between 2 and 10ish. Not a fan of a traditional ceremony, but, also am having a hard time narrowing things down so I’m thinking an elopement may be better.
