I’m looking for some input on how many programs to make for the ceremony. I know you don’t have to make one for every guest…but what should I am for in terms of percentage? As an added FYI we are going to have about 160 guests at the wedding.

I’d make 100, many of the couples can/will just share.

Are you going to be handing them out, on seats, or in a basket?
We placed our programs on the seats, which meant, one of every seat (one for each guest) b/c of course we didn’t know where excatly everyone is sitting.
But, I think if your handing them out/ in a basket, make one per family/couple. In reality, the female of that party will be the one grabbing a program, not the male counterpart 🙂

I would probably do 100. Definitely no more than 120.

We had 75 guests and I think I made 50 programs. We had a TON leftover. Our ushers handed them out, so I guess I underestimated the number of families/couples who would share. I’d say with your numbers, 100 would be a good estimate.

Depends on your guests. We are inviting 212 (anticipating around 200) and making 100 programs just because I know not everyone will take one.

we have around 200 guests invited but I am sure only family will go to the ceremony I only made 50 some people won’t want them anyway.
