How many programs should I order??

We have 125 guests coming to our wedding. Our graphic designer has billed us for 150 programs, I want (need) to save some money.

I was thinking of ordering 100 programs. 10 of those people are bridal party and will not take a program. Thoughts?

I would do 90-100. That's roughly 75% of your guest list--and I bet you would still have a few leftover. My husband and I usually each take a program but there are a lot of couples that share one. 150 is definitely overkill though!

This that if all 125 people showed up to your ceremony that is around 63 programs (one per couple). I think you could honestly get away with 50 programs in total.

I am having 200 guests and only order 60. My reasoning was it's one per couple and not all couple come to the ceremony.

I would do about 85 programs. You have to subtract yourselves, entire wedding party, kids and estimate that some couples will only take 1. That should be plenty. Make sure you get one to save for yourselves though!

Thanks ladies, this has been helpful! I think I will go ahead and order 100 programs which will save us $100 from the original quote!

We won't have small children at the wedding, but we will have some teens there who probably won't want a program, so we should have plenty of programs if we order 100.
