I think for cocktail parties, they say 5-6 sq. ft. per person and for dinner and for a fully seated buffet or served dinner with dance floor, you need 18-20 sq. ft per person.
Yes, but there's a forest, some goats, a field, etc. so we've got to be strategic..
I think if you plan 10 x 10 per parking space, you'd be fine. You could go as small as 10 x 8 and still be good.

I know I've seen this somewhere, but I'm not having much look searching for it. My sister is getting married in May in my mom's backyard. Since she's out of the area I got recruited to look at logistics. So I think there is some guideline on so may sq feet per person for the dance floor, dining area, etc. Does anybody know what it is or can point me there? (extra points if you can help with planning parking)
My mom has 5 acres and my sister wants to do 100 people, we just need to make sure we have the area cleared and it is flat.
