Six!
THREE ON August 8, August 15, September 11, and October 17 (moi!) I have to fly to one and the others involve local travel (ie, under 3 hours in the car).
Oh, and I already have THREE of February 2010. Didn't realize it was such a popular month!

FI's cousin at the end of June, my HS friend and sorority sister mid-July, my father (???) sometime in the summer-haven't heard a date yet, and my sorority big sister in November.
It's hard because three of the weddings will be in Georgia and one in Orlando -- so that means lots of plane tickets as it's just too far to drive in a weekend from DC.
Four! And all but one are immediate family...

I didn't count my own so 2 but we're only going to 1 besides ours (well, so far at least!)!
So far we've been invited (or assume we'll be invited) to 3. but we'll only be able to attend 2. FI is in one (July) and his cousin's is in Sept. There are rumblings we might be invited to another (long story) in Sept, but we would not attend. HumarockBride...10 weddings in one year is out.of.control.
My girlfriend had 13 weddings in 2008....it was insane!

I said two, but that's including ours. Most of our friends are already married or not really seeing anyone.
I noticed that there was a bunch of weddings all clustered together for our group of friends a few years ago, and now we're starting up again. Must be an age thing.
I have 3 this year not including mine. One will be on July 18th as a guest, August 29th as a MOH and October 10 as a BM.
I see a vote for MORE then ten! Who beat me?!?! Are you going to be able to attend all of them?
I think out of the 10 we will attend 7 ... it's just so hard to choose!
Two so far not counting my own.
Feb 14th -- NJ (his third cousin)
May 25th - PA (my second cousin)
Yikes, some of the numbers you girls are throwing out there are ridiculous!
We have two weddings to attend (+ one I'm photographing) for a total of 3 weddings. But I've also gone to 3 baby showers in the past 3 months!

I'm just going to two this year (not including my own :-). Most of my friends are already married, but I've been to 10 in one year before (including two on the same day. . . twice)!!
I have 3 others this year and two already for 2010! I also suspect a few more proposals within my group of girlfriends in the near future. Fun and expensive times!!

2009 seems to be the year of weddings for us! We will be invited to TEN weddings!! I am a bridesmaid in two of them and my fiance is a groomsman in one of the two of those. We are seriously SO busy in 2009 ... which is one of the main reasons we had to push our own wedding to January 2010.
Here are the dates of all the weddings:
May 2, May 31, June 19, June 26, July 18, Aug 8, Sept 6, Oct 24, Nov 21, Dec 5!
Of those 10 we will have to travel for 7 of them. We are still trying to figure out which ones we will and will not be able to attend. It's so hard because we want all of them to come to ours, but it's just not feasible!
So - how many weddings will you be invited to in 2009?
