I have two family members that are getting married this year. But it is up in the air if I will be able to attend due to working constraints and relocating to a new city.

At least 5, but I know a few more who got engaged and have yet to set the date!
We have been invited to 11 weddings so far. ELEVEN!!! Holy moly... And it's only JANUARY! We are turning down 4 though since 3 are out of state and 1 is on the same day as someone else's. And the dates have stopped at September... I'm sure we'll get a couple more invites rolling in before Dec 2009.

yea! i don't know what it is... i know of 6 other couples getting engaged in '08. must be something in the water...
So far, 7. And it was the same way last year. At least I'd be able to wear the same outfit to a couple of those weddings...different groups of people 
2 only so far. It seems after my husband and I got married his friends got the ball rolling and now 2 of them are going to propose their girlfirends soon and want the wedding this year. I went to 3 last year!! I think it is the age we are at now. Next is babies!!
You would think that in my 30s that people would be done getting married. But my friends are just getting started, so we've got 5 on the docket this year (already went to one in January) not including ours.

How many weddings do you know you will be attending this year? I'm asking because I have 5 (that I know of) PLUS mine! A year full of weddings for me!
