Besides student loans? We have $0 of debt…with my dh has about $15K ($3K of that was to buy a new car after our old one crapped out) which is fantastic for a bachelor’s degree! He received a lot of aid and scholarships.

Approximately $3000 in credit cards, but they are used regularly and payments are made regularly so I’m not sure if that’s debt. Otherwise, both cars are paid off (yay!) and we are about to take on a morgage. We do have substantial amount of student debt, but we may payments regularly and it doesn’t stress us out (at least, not any more).

I voted $50,000+. I owe $53,000 on my mortgage but that’s the only debt we have.

I was lucky enough to have my father pay for my undergrad in cash, and I never used credit cards..only saved up for the things I wanted.

Not looking forward to the debt Fiance and I will accumulate in grad school in the future, though. But we are good with finances so hopefully that will be the only debt we rack up.

I think we have about 40k of student loans left.  We don’t have any consumer debt, though.

I have about 20k in student loans and we owe about 20k on a new car we bought…we’re aiming to have most debt paid off (aside from the car) by the time we’ve been married for a year or so…

I had $5k of credit card debt, but my Darling Husband paid it off for me after we were married. So now we are both debt free. DH’s home is also paid for, so I don’t have to pay rent anymore. Instead, we opened a joint savings account last weekend and I’m going to start depositing most of my old rent payment into savings for us. I am loving it!

I owe $117k in grad school & undergrad student loans, but I have that amount saved in bank accounts and my IRA.  I just haven’t paid it off to 1) have an emergency fund and 2) rates on some of the loans are 2.5%…which is better than I’d get for a house loan.

About $170k in student loans (private undergrad + law school. killer) and $62k for my mortgage.  Luckily I have a good job, so making my $1300/month student loan payments aren’t a problem (I’m on a 10 year repayment plan).  I can’t wait until I live with SO so I can split some living expenses with someone! haha
