How much did you pay for a limo service?

That is about what we are paying- and we will probably only use it 2 hours tops!  I think it is kind of ridiculously expensive, but it is the one thing my fiance really wanted and his parents are buying it for us.  It is supposed to be the best rated in the area and they do things like red carpet service, champagne toasts, really nice 12 person SUV limo.  I’m sure it will be better than average limo service, but is it worth the cost?  Probably not to me, but it is for my fiance who has never been inside a limo

We’re paying $750 I think for 4 hours, for a 14 person limo.  That includes all the stuff you mentioned (champagne, etc).

limekitty:  I saw a lot of quotes in that range, but we found a place that is $300ish for 3 hours. It doesn’t include extras and will hold 10 people. Not sure if we’re going to use it, but that was the lowest I found so I’d say you could probably find something under $800 but it might not be top quality.

I can’t figure out how to add a poll, but I don’t think I ever really knew how to do it so I’m not sure I’m even looking at the right spot. Sorry! 🙁

We aren’t having one for our wedding, but we did have one for prom and my parents paid around $750 for a stretch Navigator for about 4 hours.

I’m not sure how you add a poll.. I’ve been reading that polls went away with the update. I hope they bring them back – seems silly not to!

Probably about right, I think mine was around $400 for 2 hours.  It had champagne and enough room for 18 people?  It was an SUV (needed the room), so the price was higher than just a normal limo.

It will be $250 for 4 hours. I don’t think it includes anything but we don’t need it. It’s only to get us from the venue to the hotel which is an hour away.

limekitty:  Where are you getting married? I think prices vary depending on geographical area.

That said, we shopped around, and ended up with a party bus (seating 32) for 4 hours for the wedding party, and 2 shuttles (50 person capacity each) for both the beginning and end of reception for our guests. We are paying around $1200, which includes tax/tip.

I just checked, and the party bus itself was $375 for 4 hours. They also are giving us a 20% discount for booking multiple shuttles, so the $375 is definitely aligned with your quote.

limekitty:  Probably depends on your area, but we are paying $1200 for 8-hour coverage for a 20 person limo bus.
