You might get a better idea of prices if you ask this on your local board.  I think $260 sounds outrageous for a single bouquet, but if all the blooms are out season, that may explain it.

Have you gotten any other quotes in your area to see if they are comparable?

That sounds outrageous to me too. I agree with rosy… check with the local board for your area!

I agree with the above two posters … I think you’re getting taken at those prices! The bridal boquet especially… I’m pretty sure I have just as many flowers in mine, including some expensive calla lilies and roses, and only came out to $100. What I found was the best thing to do for bouquets is to give the florist a picture of what you want and a price cap. They can usually do some variation that will look very similar, using in-season flowers if need be or generally fewer flowers.

With only two bridesmaids, I don’t think the $90 is SO ridiculous, but you might be able to get a slightly cheaper version if you’re interested. Hope that helps!

We spent 1100 on flowers.. our flowers were 95% Gerber daisies and 5% roses. My bouquet was $150 and then there were 5 bridesmaids bouquets… 7 stephanotis boutennieres (sp?) for the guys(groom, GMs, dads)… rose/stephanotis boutennieres for 2 moms and 2 grandmas. We had 13 table centerpieces with the daisies, roses and filler greens, 4 small vases with tiny rose bunches on the tables in the foyer and then daisies on the cake table and rose petals on all tables and at the bar etc…

I LOVE dasies and totally reccommend them for weddings, if you are looking for bright flowers that pop. They were much cheaper than the other flowers we originally looked at and truly looked beautiful!

I’m attaching a couple pics so u can see the flowers =)
