@Ninteenthchance:  Yeah.  It will be a completely different amount for each person who responds, though…

For me and my DH to be on my insurance through work I pay about $350 per month. For just myself it was around $50 per month.

My husband and I have Tricare through the military so we’re not exactly your target group, but he pays like 15/mo for both of us.

around $200 a month, just for me, for basic coverage (aka- they pay maybe 20% of anything). it’s absurd, and i can’t wait to move home and qualify for the state-wide healthcare plan.

I pay about $150 a month through my job. My husband’s is closer to $400. When he adds me on, it will be somewhere between $700-$800.

@Ninteenthchance:  It always costs more to add dependents. I think it has something to do with the fact that an employer does not pay the percentage of the premium of dependent s like it would for the employee.

Through my job I pay about $68 a month for myself but that’s very inexpensive.  For family it’s roughly $200 a month but again we have a great health benefits system.

I pay about $90 a paycheck (so $180 a month) for decent coverage with dental and vision.  The copays are high.  I’m going to get in FIs insurance when we ger married- its half the price and way better because he works for a foreign company (his benefits rule.)
