P.S. Do they have settings already made that they could just insert my main stone into? Would this be cheaper?
I would go to a local jeweler and talk to him/her. For us to guess is going to be hard. The setting for my ering (plain white gold) was $250 so I imagine significantly more than that with the diamonds.

Just out of curiousity- I have a white sapphire ring and am toying with the idea of setting it in rose gold to ease my rose gold craving- I would plan on a delicate setting, but would be asking the jeweler to put some smaller white sapphires channel set or pave in the ban- the channel set stones wouldn't go all the way around. I'd probably use 10 or so. Any idea how much this would cost? I don't want anything bulky (1.5-2 mm band) and would be looking on the inexpensive side.
Anyone done this?
P.S. My current ring is a halo. If I just switched to a rose gold halo setting would this be more expensive?
