I paid slightly more, and had 2 artists come to my downtown city hotel to do hair and makeup on the day of.

From what I have researched, the trial is usually included in the price of the hair styling for a bride, but that does seem like a good price for both. The make-up is really expensive, though. If there is a mall nearby, I would consider getting your make-up done at a department store make-up counter. Usually it is free if you buy something, which you might want to anyway. Hope that helps!
depends on where you're from. those prices are pretty much average to below average for most major cities.
Hmm... I thought typically that trials were cheaper, but those are just my thoughts!
Depends on your location. I ended up getting a good deal, negociated a bit ;) I have 6 bridesmaids so they gave me a discount.
My hair: $50
My bridesmaids hair: $65
My Make-up: $40
As a makeup artist and hair stylist, I also thought that the trial session would be cheaper as well since they usually don't use as much hair products in the hair?
However, the day of wedding rates are really really cheap! Good steal!!!!

My make-up and hair trial cost $120 (for both) and was the same price for the day of. I went to a salon in Annapolis, MD.

It cost me $100 for a hair trial and $150 for hair and makeup for the day of the wedding, but that doesn't even include her travel fee that was included when she came from LA to San Diego. I won't even go into how much that cost.
My makeup: $50 trial, $50 day of......friend works at MAC counter
Hair: Was told $75 trial, $65 day of....still thinking about that one
Just got the price list from the woman I plan on using {95% sure}
$165 for hair including trial
$165 for makeup including trial {includes airbrush and individual lashes if I want them}
For bridal party or mothers/aunts-$75 for hair or makeup without a trial, $125 for either with a trial.
All of these services are done on site, both trial and day of. All other fees {travel, etc.} included in the price. It's a small area, so I'm pretty sure it's higher then it should be, but I don't care. She's good, she uses Bobbi Brown which I love and she'll come to me. SOLD!
