So we just hired our day of coordinator and her and her assistant will be doing the ceremony set up and breakdown for our wedding. Our decor won’t be anything super special. Just some vases lining the aisle with colorful curly twigs and two big vases with sticks, curly twigs, and colorful wooden balls in them. We might have some ribbon on the chairs too, but I haven’t gotten that far yet. Anyway, I’m just trying to figure out how much time my DOC will need to set this all up. If you had your DOC set up with a limited amount of time (1 to 2 hours) how much time did it all take?

Hi, Our wedding ceremony and reception are being held in the same room. The corrdinator said it will take 1 hour to set up the ceremony, and one hour to transition the room for the reception.
I hope this helps

We don’t have a coordinator, so I’ve enlisted the help of my family and a few friends to set up. I have 3 hours set aside for us *cough* them *cough* to set up the ceremony and reception spaces. Thankfully the ceremony will be easy to get ready.

Thanks guys, I am thinking for two people it might take 45 minutes to an hour to set up. But I wasn’t sure if that would be enough time.
